Replace Rally-X 2M with a GAL22V10
Two pins will hang off on both the front and back of the socket.
Pin 10 needs to be tied to Pin 12
Pin 24 needs to be tied to Pin 22
All other pins not connected should be tied to ground, vcc, or other inputs.
The GAL chip is now a drop-in replacement.
